Engaging with Non Residential Fathers
£695 per session for up to 25 people
This is a half day workshop which challenges the recent ‘runaway dad’ stereotype.
When relationships break down services need to support dads to stay involved with their children. This training focuses on fathers who do not live with their child, identifies the issues and barriers they face and highlights methods to engage them.
Participants will:
Explore the varied and complex reasons why children lose contact with their fathers
Gain a greater understanding of the issues and barrier these fathers face
Identify the support needs of non residential fathers
Plan how to develop service to meet those needs.
