Women Working with Fathers and Men

You don't have to be a man to work with dads! This half day workshop increases the confidence and skills of female workers engaging with men.
During the session participants will explore:

Their own feelings about working with fathers and men
How to communicate effectively with men – techniques
Explore what skills and attributes are needed to effectively work with fathers and men
How to deal with conflict and challenge
